About: Akira Kazata was the early pen name for Suzuki Shinichi, a former resident of Tokiwa-so (a ramshackle apartment building where manga legends like Tezuka Osamu, Fujiko Fujio and more) who now runs the Suginami Animation Museum. He lent his pen name to this project, but it was actually created by a group of mangaka including Ishimori Shotaro and other Tokiwa-so members.
